Juggling my schedule was a bit tricky, but I managed to find a rafting tour that fit just right. Since I didn’t have much camping experience, it was all pretty fresh for me. It was an awesome time, and I’d definitely go rafting again.

Make sure to tell them right away if you can’t swim. I had on a double life vest.

I booked the Mighty Adventure tour in Utah for May 2023 back in October 2022, but come January 2023, the company decided to shift the trip dates after I had already secured my non-refundable flights and hotels. They claimed it was due to not having enough hikers signed up, and this was over three months before the trip was set to happen. Because they were worried about making a profit, I ended up losing thousands. When I inquired about the new date they proposed, they couldn't even give me a solid answer. Seriously, am I supposed to go through this whole experience again? When will this company actually deliver on what they promise?

Working with Austin Adventures was a blast. The guides reached out the evening before our journey to introduce themselves and confirm the pickup schedule. They were super on time. Yellowstone was stunning, and the guides shared a ton of knowledge. We checked out the popular spots, but the hikes led us to some hidden gems where we often found ourselves all alone. I definitely suggest the Austin Adventures trip in Yellowstone.

Ron and Ben were incredible hosts: super knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. We enjoyed awesome bike rides, an exhilarating white water rafting experience, and those who opted for the paragliding adventure said it was the highlight of their trip. Our hosts were attentive to everyone's needs and preferences, providing options for both easier and more challenging activities based on what folks wanted. They even surprised us with small, personalized keepsakes to remember our journey - that was really above and beyond. Just wonderful people, and I'm so glad we crossed paths.

Straightforward Thoughts - Austin Adventures is fantastic. Honestly, I came across some of the bad reviews, and it used to be that if someone was unhappy, they would just chat with the owner, who believed in the motto 'the customer is always right.'

This makes me think that a lot of those negative comments about any business probably come from competitors!

So, I reckon that folks leaving bad reviews aren't genuine customers or maybe they're just a bit too sensitive to face the owner.

This trip totally blew away what we thought it would be for our family, all thanks to the three super enthusiastic guides (Alex, Rostyn, and Sarah) and their deep understanding of the Yellowstone region. There’s just no chance we could’ve had the same kind of experience exploring on our own. You really gotta try an Austin Adventures tour to get it. Every part of it was top-notch. We’re already looking forward to our Alaska trip with them!
